The B.P. Belt must be worn till your B.P. normalizes. Use it till your blood pressure comes to normal position. For low B.P. wear the belt on left hand's wrist keeping the belt on your pulse. For High B.P. wear the belt on your right hands wrist. keeping the belt on your pulse.
FOR HIGH B.P. : Wear the belt on your Right hand's wrist, tying the belt on your pulse. (Red Side)
FOR LOW B.P. : Wear the belt on your Left hand's wrist, tying the belt on your pulse. (Blue Side)
DURATION : The B.P. Belt must be worn till your B.P. normalises. If required, it can be worn for more than 24 hours.
उच्च रक्तचाप में - बैल्ट को दाहिने हाथ की कलाई पर (लाल भाग नाड़ी के स्थान पर) बाँधें। यदि रक्तचाप की अधिकता हो तो चुम्बक को दाहिने हाथ में लगाने से हृदय की गति धीमी होती है।
निम्न रक्तचाप में - बैल्ट को बाएं हाथ की कलाई पर (आसमानी भाग नाड़ी के स्थान पर) बाँधें। यदि रक्तचाप धीमा हो तो चुम्बक को बायें हाथ में लगाना चाहिए, इससे हृदय की गति तीव्र हो जाती है।
उपयोग का समय - रक्तचाप सामान्य होने तक बाँध कर रखें। जरूरत पड़ने पर 24 घण्टे से अधिक बाँधा जा सकता है।
जिस कलाई में चुम्बकीय बेल्ट बांधी जाये, उस (समय) कलाई में घड़ी, कड़ा व धातु आभूशण नहीं बांधने चाहिए।
